- No-contact delivery, with riders trained on hand sanitisation, mask-wearing and safe handling of packages
- Daily temperature checks for riders at the pick-up points
- Cashless payments through UPI and netbanking, including Paytm, Google Pay and BHIM
- A home-style tiffin service for Haridwar, announced as coming soon
